    During the checkout process you may choose whether you want your Kiddy Van product(s) to be delivered to your home or to an authorized Kiddy Van retailer in your area. Croozer Inc. works very closely with the specialized retailers and would like to make sure you get the most out of your trailer. Our dealers will be able to demonstrate the proper operation of the products, review the features available on your selected product and can immediately help answer any questions you may have.

    • Croozer Inc. can only ship products within the orders country of origin.
    • Croozer Inc. determines the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: UPS or Canada Post.
    • Any oversize charges have been included in the listed shipping rate.
    • Orders will be shipped from our facility by the second business day based on stock availability.
    • Items will require a signature for delivery.

    Damaged Item(s)

    • Always inspect your package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing.
    • Please call our customer service department immediately at 1-855-649-7195 to report any damage to the product, so that we may assist you. We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. Please retain all packaging material to make it easier to return the item if necessary.

    • Back ordered items will ship as soon as items become available.
    • Your credit card will not be charged for back ordered items until the items ship.
